This new menu features a fascinating range of 133 dishes from all over India.

There are dishes of meat and fish, vegetables, bread, grains, and delicious snacks. The recipes use wonderfully fresh ingredients with emphasis on flavour and visual appeal. Traditional Indian ingredients are introduced, but these are balanced with a range of chef’s favourites.
